Understand credits
Credits are used when teache generates documents. Check the balance before starting a large generation.
Open Credits
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Credits. The balance card shows the credits currently available on your account.
Know what uses credits
teache uses credits when it generates lesson notes, schemes, tests and exams. Viewing, editing, printing and downloading existing documents do not need another generation.
Check recent activity
The recent activity list shows monthly launch credits and generation spend. Use it when you want to understand why the balance changed.
Running low during testing
Top-ups aren't available during testing. Your test credits are included; contact support if you need more.
If a document is already generated, edit the existing draft first. Only regenerate when you really want a new AI draft.
