Questions & answers
What are credits?
Credits are how planning works on teache. You spend a few credits each time you generate a document. No subscription and no termly fee.
Do I get any credits for free?
Yes. You get 30 free credits when you join, which covers a scheme of work for a whole year plus 6 weeks of lesson notes. You also get 5 free credits every month, on top of those. Unused monthly credits add up to 15 and stop there; your joining credits and any credits you buy are never touched by that limit.
How does a document cost credits?
Each document type has a set price: a lesson note is 3 credits, a marking scheme 6, a class test 8, a scheme of work 12, an exam 20. Regenerating the same document is free.
How do I pay to top up?
Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) or a bank card. The total charged by teache is GHS 20 for 30 credits or GHS 35 for 60 credits, including any applicable tax and teache fee.
Can I cancel a credit purchase?
Yes. You may cancel a paid credit purchase within seven days without giving a reason or paying a cancellation penalty. We reverse the credits from that purchase and initiate a full refund. See the Terms of Service for details.
What happens to my documents if I run out of credits?
Nothing. Every document you've made stays yours to open, edit and print. Credits are only spent when you generate something new.
